Let me start by saying I was smiling from ear to ear driving home after Cara & Pete’s wedding thinking about the images I captured. Going through them was like Christmas morning. Tearing through each present to get to the next one, each getting bigger and better.
Cara and Pete are a true joy to be around. They are ready for anything! Just from running around in the crashing waves and sitting in blistering sand at their Atlantic City engagement session, I knew their wedding day was going to be a blast and we were going to capture a ton of great images! We had complete trust in each other – I guess you have to if you’re going treading through fields of tall grass with a pure white dress or perched on the edge of an 8 foot high wall next to a lake. Even at the end of their reception, they were completely gung-ho to go back out into the night for more!
Their wedding was exactly what one could hope for. A beautiful traditional ceremony, portraits under perfect blue skies, 70 degree weather, and a dance party for the books. It was the perfect way for me to start my Spring of 2014!
